Pitt-Johnstown Will 'Light Up the Season' on December 4

The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown presents “Light Up the Season” a celebration of the season on December 4, 2019, at 4:45 p.m. in the Rotunda at the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center off of Kunk’s Drive.

Dr. Jem Spectar, President of Pitt-Johnstown, will illuminate the entrance of campus on Kunks, Highfield, Picking Drive, and Schoolhouse Road with festive blue and gold lights. Buildings along Kunks Drive will be lit with festive colors as well.

The community is invited to enjoy the illumination ceremony. Cookies and hot chocolate will be offered.

Free parking is available at The John P. Murtha Center for Public Service and National Competitiveness parking lot.

Families who join the festivities are invited to attend the Pitt-Johnstown’s Women’s Basketball game versus Salem University at 6 p.m. for free. Free books for children will be available at the basketball game. Free parking for the game is available at the Wellness Center.
