Townhouses

One of the most-preferred housing options, townhouses offer 42 apartments ranging from four-to-five residents per unit.  The first floor contains a kitchen (with full-sized stove, refrigerator, and a kitchen table and chair set), living room (with loveseat, chair, end table, and coffee table), and half bathroom.  The second floor contains 2 bedrooms (with one bed, dresser, closet, desk, and chair per student) and a full bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower.  

Cascade, Highland, Summit, Timberline, Wilderness, Woodland townhouse bedroom dimensions:

  • Front bedroom: 15’x13’ (Summit and Highland: 15’x11’)
  • Rear bedroom: 13’x13’
  • Space under beds: 11 1/4"

Highland and Woodland accommodate 5 people and the others accommodate 4.  

Note: Townhouse units are not air conditioned and portable air conditioners are not permitted.  Students who receive a medical accommodation for air conditioning are assigned to a building equipped with central air conditioning.  

Townhouses are gender-inclusive facilities.
