The Symposium for the Promotion of Academic and Creative Enquiry, SPACE, is Pitt-Johnstown's annual undergraduate research conference.
The event provides a forum for Pitt-Johnstown students from all disciplines to present their research, creative projects, or scholarly work to the campus community.
Symposium Overview
During the event, students from every discipline on campus are encouraged to share the results of their class projects, independent study projects, senior projects, internships, and creative works. They can submit an abstract for an oral presentation, performance (such as a story or poetry reading), or poster presentation.

During the event, students from every discipline on campus are given the opportunity to share the results of their class projects, independent study projects, senior projects, internships and creative works as talks or poster presentations or performances.
