An online event conferring degrees while celebrating the great academic accomplishments of our seniors.
Commencement postponed:
The University continues to take measures to protect the health of the Pitt community and our neighbors, including work to ensure that the community avoids large gatherings, which COVID-19 has made unsafe. Unfortunately, as a result, we have decided to postpone all of this spring’s commencement ceremonies and activities. Read Chancellor Patrick Gallagher's full Update on 2020 Commencement Ceremonies.
New dates for in-person ceremonies will be scheduled and announced once circumstances allow and with enough notice for graduates and their families to return to campus for the celebration. Please continue to monitor Pitt's COVID-19 website for updates.
