Become a part of one of our campus' favorite summer traditions!  Chef Joe has put together another great calendar of themed menus for each week!

The cost is $12 per employee (with ID) or $14 per guest and payment can be made via MasterCard or Visa.  OR, you can use your Mountain Cat Employee Meal Plan to purchase a meal with only 10 Employee Dining Dollars!  (Due to dining renovations, the rain/extreme heat location will be The Zone.)

June 3  –  Southern-Fried Kick-Off

Menu: Homemade fried chicken, fried vegetarian option, vinegar slaw, iceberg salad with buttermilk ranch, sweet potato salad, cornbread, smoked corn relish, and green bean salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette.
Dessert & Beverages: Key lime dessert, ice cream novelties, sweet tea, water, and lemonade.

June 17  –  Pre-Father's Day Celebration

Menu: Caesar salad, steak tips with grilled mushrooms or grilled portobello mushrooms, shrimp, dinner roll, roasted potatoes, and grilled asparagus.
Dessert & Beverages: New York style cheesecake with strawberries, ice cream novelties, virgin old fashioned, water, and iced tea.

July 1  –  Pre-4th of July Cookout

Menu: Made-to-order homemade burger & hot dog bar, veggie burger, campfire potatoes, fresh corn on the cob, and watermelon.
Dessert & Beverages: Patriotic parfaits, ice cream novelties, iced tea, lemonade, water, and root beer floats.

July 15  –  Pennsylvania Proud

Menu: Garden salad, grilled kielbasa, veggie sausage, pierogies, potato rolls, haluski, broccoli with bacon, and macaroni salad.
Dessert & Beverages: Gobs, ice cream novelties, iced tea, water, and birch beer.

July 29  –  Smokeland BBQ

Menu: wedge salad, biscuits with jam, brisket, grilled chicken, mac n cheese, potato salad, and Uglies chips.
Dessert & Beverages: Brownies, ice cream novelties, iced water, iced tea, and lemonade.
