Student Union Dining Room: An all-you-can-eat option with menu items that cater to a variety of dietary interests and restrictions including vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free. In addition to delicious entrees, the Dining Hall offers pasta and pizza stations, a soup and salad bar, premium sandwich station, and grill.  And for those with a sweet tooth, there’s always an array of mouth-watering desserts. The Daily Grind (Blackington Hall)
Serving Starbucks beverages as well as grab-and-go items including pastries, sandwiches, and confections. Payment options include: Dining Dollars, Mountain Cat Cash, cash, credit cards.

The Tuck Shop (Student Union)
Setup as a food court, the Tuck Shop offers retail options for a more casual dining experience. Payment options include: Dining Dollars, Mountain Cat Cash, cash, credit cards.  Options in the Tuck Shop are:

The Grille: Featuring include burgers, grilled sandwiches, and fries.
Weekdays: 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
Weekends: 5-11 p.m.

Tres Habeneros: Featuring include Tex-Mex items ranging from quesadillas to rice bowls to nachos.
Weekdays: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Freshens: Featuring include chopped salads, smoothies, and mac-n-cheese and rice bowls.

The NEW Café (Student Union – former Brioche Doree location)
Coming this fall, a new dining option designed in direct response to student input that will offer breakfast, lunch, and late-night snacks.  Menu items will include breakfast bowls and sandwiches, sandwiches and wraps, salads, and soups.  Beverage options will include juices, sodas, bottled beverages, and locally roasted coffees.  Late night options will include nachos, flatbreads, wings, and Korean-style tacos.  (And, don’t worry about the name – we will be sponsoring a naming contest in September!)  Payment options include: Dining Dollars, Mountain Cat Cash, cash, credit cards. Meal swipes can be used on many meal combos.
