Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
G8 is an allergen-friendly station located inside PJ’s Dining Hall that features menu items made without the top-8 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, wheat and soy) as well as gluten. G8 utilizes designated purple equipment, such as cutting boards, knives and cookware for G8 menu item preparation. Our culinary team will work with you to accommodate dietary restrictions based on health conditions. We can adapt to any special dietary need, provided a signed physician’s order is submitted to the Pitt-Johnstown Health Services Office. All information relating to food allergies and dietary restrictions is kept confidential.
Vegetarian entrees are provided in PJ's Dining Hall at every meal.

Tapping on a menu item displays the nutritional information and other important details. You can even add menu items to HealthKit if you're interested in tracking the nutritional value of what you eat.
