Single rooms are provided to students who have documented medical conditions and who have been determined eligible for a private room by the Office of Disability Resources. The deadline to apply for a medical accommodation is the last business day of May. Private rooms that are not part of a medical accommodation are typically not awarded until after the semester has begun and are subject to availability.

Housing Deposit
To apply for housing, each student must pay a $150 housing deposit prior to completing the application.
