Housing Rates

Pitt-Johnstown housing rates are listed per semester for the indicated academic year and are PROPOSED (confirmed rates will be available in July). The rates include room, furnishings, IP-based television service, internet, residence hall programming and events, and all utilities.

 * Single rooms are provided to students who have documented medical conditions and who have been determined eligible for a private room by the Office of Disability Resources. The deadline to apply for a medical accommodation is the last business day of May.  Private rooms that are not part of a medical accommodation will be severely limited (if available at all) during the 2019-2020 school year.

Housing Deposit

To apply for housing, each student must pay a $150 housing deposit prior to completing the application.
